I made it!
I got this email today from the University of Washington! I'm excited and it came much earlier than they had originally told us.

congratulations.I'm also planning to apply next year to UW. How many years of experience do you have? What kind of GMAT score is good enough? Any info would be appreciated.

I've got 10 years of work experience, which is about the average of people in the program.
Regarding GMAT score, the admissions team evaluates you as a whole, so at UW, it doesn't ride solely on GMAT, GPA or other scores. Strong points in some areas can help out weaker areas.
Definitely attend their orientation sessions - they are very informative and give you insight into their perspectives.
