I was motivated by a recent post of yours to go out and buy an espresso tamper. My espresso drinks have gotten a lot better as a result. The milk tends to be a bit intimidating, though. Most of my drinks turn out somewhere between latte and cappucino, regardlesss of what I was aiming for, which is why I tend to stick to americanos. Your dry cappucino is an inspiration to me to try something new this weekend!
